After growing up and living on the West Coast for most of my life, I moved to the Midwest and have found all that makes it a special place live. I also love to travel and explore the world, near and far. During these explorations, I want to capture the beauty, excitement, and essence of the places I visit in pictures. Lots of pictures. The subtitle of my work style is "in a different light" - my goal is to provide inspiring, creative views of the world around us, often with light itself, but also with perspective. Pictures may be “flat” but the world isn’t, and art definitely shouldn’t be. What is hidden in plain sight that makes a place unique? I hope that my art can bring wonder and imagination to people’s lives, every time they look at it.
